My mom recently stayed at Fleetwood for emergency respite. As most of these places are, it was an older building, but it was always clean. I was there every day and witnessed the efforts staff took to ensure every surface was clean and sanitary. The nursing staff (CNAs included) were exceptional. I rarely had to ask for anything and if I did, it was handled quickly. This is as the first time I placed Mom in a facility for respite, but she has been in other facilities for rehab. Fleetwood is the only facility where I didn’t worry about the care Mom received. Finally, the social worker was amazing and secured transport at a reasonable out of pocket price when Hospice denied payment. If we ever need respite again, this is the place I will use.

It is an older place but seemed to be kept clean and orderly. Staff were friendly.

Very professional staff. They are very attentive to the residents.
